Favorite Food Memory:

"Eating Devil Crabs for the first time with my father at the Seabreeze off 50th Street in Tampa. There were no tables so my dad got them to agree that I could sit at the bar with him. I was about 8 and sitting at the bar was a huge deal because kids were not allowed to. All I needed then was a beer. That part would not happen for another 10 years. Every time I eat a Devil Crab to this day I think about that moment."

When I'm not working, I love to...

Drink Wine. I enjoy finding new wines and pairing them with food.
